1031 Exchange Wording

Include in Special Stipulations:

SELLING CONTRACT:

It is the intent of the Seller to do an Internal Revenue Code 1031 “like kind” exchange and the Seller shall have the right to assign this contract to Base Company, Inc., as Intermediary.  This is of no cost or obligation of the Purchaser and in no way shall reduce Purchaser’s right to acquire good title.

PURCHASING CONTRACT:

It is the intent of the Purchaser to do an Internal Revenue Code 1031 “like kind” exchange and the Purchaser shall have the right to assign this contract to Base Company, Inc., as Intermediary.  This is of no cost or obligation of the Seller and in no way shall reduce Seller’s right to acquire good title.
